We want everyone to feel welcome at Just Another City RP. No matter your age, race, gender, sexual orientation, blah blah blah.
Here’s some basic ground rules. The city itself has laws, you’ll need to learn about these as you go.
As a general rule, you must be 18 years of age and older. There’s some deep dark stuff going on around these places. We don’t want to have to deal with your mum.
Make sure you have a realistic name an not break the FiveM ToS especially around real world names/trademarks etc. Be creative.
Don’t be a douche on any of our platforms or third party platforms such as while you stream in city.
We use third party systems, so by joining our community not only must you adhere to our terms, conditions, rules and sacrificing of your first born to us, but also the third party people. They are ….
FiveM (Terms of Service), Twitch (Terms of Service), Discord (Terms of Service / Community Guidelines).
We acknlowledge that real life events and topics around suicide, sexual assualt, war, politics, etc can be upsetting to some and request that all users refrain from using this as part of their “arc”.
THE RULES

Here’s some basic ground rules. The city itself has laws, you’ll need to learn about these as you go.
- You must follow any instructions given by staff straight away. You may appeal a decision or ban via a support ticket on our website.
- Don’t be a Troll.
- Exploting in-game mechanics is forbidden. If you find something, report it. You may be rewarded.
- You must roleplay as a mature 18+ character.
- You must be over the age of 18 to play on our server.
- Random Deathmatch (RDM) is not permitted, RDM is attempting to harm/kill another person without any roleplay reason.
- Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) is not permitted under any circumstance except to save your life when threatened.
- Combat Logging (F8 Quit) during a scene/when dead is not permitted.
- Talking whilst in last stand (still able to crawl) is permitted.
- Talking once you are no longer able to crawl is not permitted. Medical services have the tools to diagnose you.
- Gun fear is not automatic. Most rational people would fear a gun, but if your character is based on someone who may not be quite .. with it .. then there is possibility that gun fear may not exist. Drugs and Alcohol use may also affect this.
- Stay in character at all times! Use of out of city terms like “Server, Role Play, Reporting you” etc are all naff.
- No metagaming. Your character doesn’t exist outside of the server. Nor does roleplay information.
- No stream sniping. If you are watching someone elses’ stream and then join the server, you should wait at least 30 minutes before attempting to role play with them.
- No use of outside communications. Voice or otherwise.
- No power gaming. Example: Someone pulls a gun on you, and you store the vehicle. This is not permitted. While it isn’t forced gun fear, it is power gaming to put the car away. Another example is if you’ve been shot and you RP that you fell over.
- Corruption and Terrorism are permitted. There will be consequences in the role play.
- The only rule on hostages is you can’t use them over and over and over. Give them time to enjoy their life. Police, EMS, City Workers etc can all be taken hostage, but again, consequences will occur in role play just like corruption and terrorism. If your hostage is part of your crew and this can be proven, again, consquences.
- Transferring assets between your characters using a middleman is not permitted. Your characters are distant cousins.
- Real world trading of items/information for currency is not permitted and will be reported.
- Criminal organisations are limited to 20 members in an organisation. We expect commonsense to be used when it comes to the amount of members in a scene. A complex heist or plan might involve all 20 members. A simple robbery or kidnapping a lot less.

Be respectful when robbing them, they work hard for their money.
Only Pocket Wipe with Good Reason
e.g. repay debts, stolen goods etc.
For Police you can take any duplicate PD issued weapons, everything else is fair game.
You can take EMS’ Bandages etc.
Their bags are useless to you.
HEALING AND COMING BACK TO LIFE
No Trash RP around this!
If someone is on their side and in need of medical attention, or have just gone flat back, you MUST roleplay that you are attempting to save their life.
“Don’t go to the light I’m going to save you!” or similar is TRASH RP! Carrying someone and saying you’re doing CPR on them is TRASH.
Start performing CPR (/e cpr), call EMS or transport them to hospital.
When they are flatback, they are dead unless revived by EMS, Hospital or other in city mechanism.
Players have no obligation to NOT “go to the light” if you are not performing actual activities to prolong their life.
